Shipping & Delivery

We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. The items you order ship directly from the manufacturer warehouse for the fastest delivery possible. Thousands of select products on our website will arrive by the next business day if ordered by 12 PM CT.

Other items can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days unless on back order (Please note that larger items must ship via freight, adding time to the overall delivery). In the event that any or all of your item require extra processing time, you will be notified via the contact information provided. The shipping method varies for each product and will be determined by the shipping warehouse. Shipping rates are provided during checkout.

Please inspect your order/shipment within 72 hours of receipt to check for any damage to your merchandise. If damage is present, contact us immediately at 210-495-5400. *Damage that's reported more than 72 hours after delivery may not qualify for return. Keep in mind that we may require proof of product damage including pictures, screenshots and/or videos to help with setting up the return process.

Free Shipping

We will deliver your order of $99 or greater for free from Dock-to-Dock in the Contiguous United States. This means that an extra fee will only be applied in the following situations:

  • You live in a location outside of the contiguous US like Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico or are shipping to an APO or FPO location.

  • You order a large item (over 80 lbs. or odd sized) that must ship freight but you don't have a loading dock. The freight company then charges for a special truck with a lift gate

  • You order a large item (over 80 lbs. or odd sized) that must ship freight AND you require that the item is delivered inside or above the first floor. Here again, the trucking company charges an extra fee.

Item Pricing

All prices/fees* on this website are subject to change without notice. makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing. Occasionally, our suppliers change pricing without notice and/or items can be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. We will notify you of any changes to your order. You will have the opportunity to accept the new price, or cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our goal is to get you the product you want at a great price.


*All prices on commercial websites (including but not limited to are open market prices (not GSA prices). If you are a GSA customer, or  State customer please log in to your Federal or State Account. Or you may contact us directly at 210-495-5400 for contract pricing.

Order Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by emailing or calling customer service to make a cancellation request. Orders can be canceled if done so prior to shipment. If your order has already shipped (missed cancellation window), you may still return your order to by following the directions under the Returns & Replacements section below.


We strongly recommend customers refrain from refusing delivery of unwanted orders, as they will be charged for both the outbound and return shipping charges associated with that order. These charges will be deducted from any order refund amount. We can not guarantee the final disposition of any orders where the customer or recipient has refused delivery.

Returns & Replacements

In the event that an item needs to be returned e.g. a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately to begin the return process. If you are unable to receive your package and it is returned to us, this is also considered a return. All products are shipped directly from the distributor warehouse and ARE NOT shipped back to the business address.


Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new and resealable condition and must be in the original box. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may be charged for returned products. Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless item was shipped in error.


Credit will not be issued on shipping charges or special shipping fees. When returning a product that originally received free shipping, your credit will be reduced by the normal shipping costs charged to
